On top of that, I am a mindfulness facilitator and corporate wellness enthusiast, I believe in nurturing employee well-being.

• 1:1 General mentorship (20 min): During the coaching session, you received personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your goals and overcome challenges in a one-on-one setting with your coach.
