As Director of Mobile Engineering, I lead the vision, strategy, and execution of large-scale mobile platforms serving millions of users in the financial services space. I build and scale high-performing engineering organizations, driving cross-functional alignment across product, design, and executive leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric digital experiences.

I oversee mission-critical platforms that support enterprise growth, including integrations from major acquisitions and expansion of advanced financial tools. My leadership focuses on elevating engineering maturity through architectural modernization, performance optimization, cybersecurity advancements, and accessibility standards, ensuring platforms meet the highest levels of reliability, compliance, and user trust.


 I led the development and evolution of large-scale, customer-facing mobile applications that support millions of users in managing their financial futures.Led critical platform improvements, including reducing login time from ~30 seconds to under 5 seconds, and driving security enhancements across authentication flows and broader cybersecurity initiatives to strengthen client protection. Championed accessibility efforts, advancing toward VPAT compliance across iOS and Android.


My work involved collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering to deliver high-impact features end-to-end. I focused on improving app architecture, driving code quality, and implementing best practices to ensure maintainability and long-term scalability. I also contributed to optimizing performance, reducing crashes, and enhancing overall user experience.

In addition to hands-on development, I played a key role in mentoring team members, participating in design discussions, and influencing technical decisions. I was actively involved in agile processes, helping prioritize work, refine requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.

I played a key role in building the platform from the ground up and helping shape the overall mobile architecture and engineering direction. I architected and implemented a scalable MVVM-based framework that supported both iPhone and iPad through a unified codebase, enabling faster feature development and long-term maintainability.
I worked extensively on integrating JavaScript engines and dynamic business logic into the native iOS application to power real-time retirement life score calculations and interactive financial planning experiences. In addition to feature development, I contributed to key architectural decisions, reusable component design, performance optimization, and App Store release management, including TestFlight distribution and production deployments. I also helped establish engineering best practices, participated in code reviews and Agile development processes, and mentored junior developers within the mobile engineering team.

At ProKarma, I continued to build on my iOS expertise by working on multiple client engagements across healthcare, retail, and digital content platforms. I contributed to the development and enhancement of enterprise mobile applications, with a strong focus on performance, usability, and scalable architecture.


I began my career at Tata Consultancy Services as an iOS Developer, where I built a strong foundation in mobile application development while working across diverse industries including retail, banking, healthcare, and mobility. During this time, I contributed to the design and development of several enterprise-grade iOS applications, gaining hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile solutions.
