I'm a product designer at F1Soft International, Nepal's largest fintech group, where our platforms serve 50+ financial institutions and 20M+ people across Nepal and Bangladesh. Over five years I've shipped consumer banking, digital lending, and card products, led the visual direction for a bank app in Bangladesh, and built the multi-brand design system the whole group runs on. I also run the group design system and mentor a team of 8.

Most of my work happens upstream of the interface: reframing the problem, structuring the system, and getting business, engineering, and design to agree on what we're actually building.
