Giving effective feedback

Helping silicon valley start-ups bring their ideas to life. Lead and manage product design team for businesses in different verticals like e-commerce, healthcare, fin-tech, ed-tech, etc. An ongoing contributor to the transition of design workflows of different projects and helping teams set up scalable design systems.

- I led the product design team and contributed to shipping significant features.
- Initiated the transition of design workflow from Sketch to Figma and created a base for the design system.
- Actively supervise and mentor junior designers to help them work efficiently and grow.

As this was a startup company, I handled and led the overall design team of the company's SAAS product and was one of the major contributors to their alpha release on the market.

I worked as a fully remote team and I was responsible for all creative works like web design, branding design, HTML/CSS conversion. Also worked on photo retouching, advertisement banners, and print design for their e-commerce website.
