Hey everyone! I'm an open and easy-going person, and you'll sense that within the first 10 minutes of meeting me.
I've been working in design since 2013, and over the years, I've learned a lot. I believe that learning is the best way to get better in everything in life, and having mentors is the key. Throughout my design career, I've had many mentors: art directors at Progression Group, design leads product manager, CEO and CPO at Yandex, Tinkoff and Osome. I think that all my skills and mind set has shaped by their guidance, and I truly appreciate their efforts to help me improve. This is why I've started mentoring other designers—I know how much it can make a difference.
I've mentored many designers, and they've all got better. Well, some of them have really excelled. I've taught interns at Yandex, lectured at the Yandex Design School and Yandex.Market summer internship, and also lectured at a design academy with Tinkoff Bank. Additionally, I've worked as a design manager for several years. So I have some experience.
