- Develop and execute the UX Design, Research, and Prototyping roadmap.
- Owning and improving governance, documentation, efficient patterns use, design system adoption & growth, and digital design language utilisation.
- Setting Standards & Practices across the design and marketing team to ensure design consistency and scalability of the product.
- Setting User Experience (UX) goals, priorities and deliverables.

About Omah: Omah empowers people to find attractive holiday homes in sought-after locations and packages them with a management solution that removes the daily operational hassles.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the design teams for Omah’s investment platform (visit: omah.io)
- Setting up and integrating our Campaign-tech infrastructure (primarily using Active Campaign).
- Benchmarking industry standards and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.
- Understanding and prioritising user problems, turning them into actionable via designs.
- Reviewing feature designs and communicating functionality to the development team.
- Running weekly design sprints to track and deploy features post-UAT.
- Leading the design decisions and flow for the product channel - OMAH. Designing interfaces, experiences, user flows and user stories from the ground level till the execution. Worked closely with PMs, frontend and SD teams.

Since my joining, 

- We have launched our beta and reached 3000+ members in a span of 4 months,
- Closed our pre-Seed round.
- Gone from a team of 3 to 20 spanning product, marketing and operations.

o Managed design system and worked along side with other stockholders to manage organisation’s digital presence.

o Involved in the branding, launch and defining the new DLS to the team.

o Lead the design decisions and flow for the product channel - ASORT. Designed interface, experience, user flow and user stories from the ground level till the execution. Worked closely with PMs, frontend and SD teams.

o Built a new user experience and interface for new segmentations on ASORT platform.

o Was involved in the rebranding launch and have been defining the new design system along with my team.

o Introduced the new design system of the organisation

o Responsible for the Re-branding and Re-designing of the Qdesq’s digital image.

o Enhanced the experience of Qdesq’s whole internal LRM (Lead Relationship Management) system.

o Designed and conceptualised Qdesq’s child products (Qdesq Flexi) and designed it’s experience and interface for iOS and android.

o Re-branded Qdesq’s digital assets including website, CRM and child product EVA.

o Introduced new design system in the organisation.

o Responsible for Re-designing and branding of Enpass Password manager.

o Enhanced the user experience of the product with introducing new features like breach monitoring, 2FA (2 Factor authentication) supported website and compromised password method.

o Redefined whole interface of product and website for the Enpass.

o Handled design meetings with business team for the clients.

o Refinement of websites for the clients like: Canon Edge, Hazoorilal Jewellery, Mohit Diamonds etc.

o Successfully delivered digital campaign of Adani Group.

o Performed UX Audit of the websites of Adani, Canon Edge. Selectcity walk etc.
