Led the YouTube's Audio and Podcast Monetization efforts. 
1. Developed the strategy and insights for Google / Youtube to break into the $15Bn Audio Ads market. 
2. Established a 3-dimensional product to match advertisers goals, enable creators monetization and maintain a good user experience for audible / listenable content on YouTube.
3. Innovated on formats to maximize $$ impact with mixed and visually engaging audio ads formats.

Own a portfolio of products that brings Google Search & Assistant to TV devices. Championed and launched Assistant on TV, establishing the most ubiquitous in-home device as the Smart Home hub. Product lead for search & assistant on the new GoogleTV OS.

Pioneered Autonomous systems & human-car interaction product, to use AI technologies to make automobiles safer & accessible to everyone. Defined autonomy, identified key technological gaps, and established a research-to-production roadmap.

Pioneered a transformative approach to hardware product development, aligning its speed with that of software innovation. Spearheaded the creation of a groundbreaking platform that accelerates hardware development through the integration of electronic modules and 3D printed components. This approach dramatically reduced the time to market for consumer IoT devices to just 7 days, eliminating significant upfront costs. This was achieved by employing a modular strategy rooted in a rigorous data-driven methodology.

Instrumental in scaling the team from inception to 12 dedicated full-time members, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid development. Successfully orchestrated collaborations with multiple hardware vendors and contractors, enhancing the ability to swiftly scale and bring products to market. This strategic vendor and contractor management was pivotal in the rapid prototyping and production of our cutting-edge hardware solutions.

Democratized the availability of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) with an smartphone app & dock that provides real-time collision, speed limit violation and lane-drifting warning. Invented technology and methodology to incentivize drivers for driving safe by evaluating & gamifying driving skills.

Lead Electrical engineer for industry’s first fully autonomous robot platform Lynx, for a clean room environment with high payload carrying capacity.

Instituted to provide a hands-on hardware product development approach to learning.

Spearheaded the launch of one of the world’s first cloud platform for Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices. Implemented several crucial changes to hardware, saving the company over $1MM in revenue & time.

Design the avionics for an electric tandem unmanned helicopter product (DP-6 Whisper).

Invented Tactile Gaming Vest for FPS (First Person Shooting) Games. The vest can simulate feeling of bullet hit, wound fever, body impact and vibration (like in explosion), blood flowing, shoulder tap that extremely enhance the gaming realistic and fun.

Developed embedded platforms of high-confidence medical device for `longterm wear on body' system which are able to diagnose to the patient's condition in real time.
