I collaborate closely with the founders to craft new AI-powered products, build a product team, strategize growth and positioning, and cultivate a strong product culture.

We at Babbel are helping people have real conversations in different languages. We are building the  shortest, most holistic path to effective language learning.

I am a Principal PM leading AI driven personalization with 3 agile teams. This consistently challenges users at the right level and enables learners to succeed in their language learning goals – leading to higher engagement, activation, and retention. 

This is a strategic initiative at Babbel that is cross-domain and involves multiple teams to help us create a holistic language learning experience for our users.

I also mentor aspiring PMs at Babbel.

- Managed global Help Center platform –  1M+ DAU |  used by 10+ brands
- Coordinated with 50+ stakeholders for planing and prioritisation of new features
- Reduced cost by $0.5M/year and increased CSAT by 7% by automating key workflows

- Developed the product strategy & roadmap, defined OKRs – working with multiple stakeholders from business teams, the founders, technology, design, and product teams sitting across the globe.
- Launched the product in 6 new countries – the MENA region along with India & Pakistan.
- Led two product teams, delivering impactful products (on all platforms – iOS, Android & web) – designing and executing products like course experiences (both teacher and student side), monetization, gamified quizzes, and others.

Product manager for Disney Byju's Early Learn app – for 3 to 8 year olds.
Worked on conceptualizing and implementing important products for these apps, like user onboarding, content recommendation engine, gamified learning experience, among others.

At Cuemath, we are building a math excellence program for children (grades K to 8) to make children thinkers of tomorrow.

My role includes conceptualisation, design, execution and tracking of projects to solve problems related to the product. It requires a deep understanding of customer behaviour and design.
I work with my team and multiple stakeholders to make things happen keeping the consumer at the centre of it all.

I worked on building a comprehensive learning product for mathematics for school students. 

I also managed the creation of grade 3 to 8 books - working with SMEs and other stakeholders.

Set up a team of 27 to completely support the data operations. Responsible for the complete P&L of the function.

Created processes and quality checks. Created and implemented training programs for on-boarding of new team members.

Worked with technology teams to create tools and products to help scale-up the processes.
Set up metrics and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.

AcadMentor is a personalised math learning platform for school students.
Crafted a practice-driven, personalised learning platform to help tutors use blended learning in their classes. The goal was to enable them to help every student master their concepts and develop an analytical thinking approach.

Product: 
- Designed the web application and content for AcadMentor with a focus on engagement and usability.
- Worked on achieving great UX using A/B testing and user behavior studies using various analytics tools.
- Implemented gamification for practice, student and mentor dashboards for better learning outcomes.

Go to market: 
- Worked with schools, tutors, students and parents to convince them to adopt new learning tools.
- Created a network of 17 small and medium sized tutors as customers or evangelists in Pune and Bhopal.
