Led multiple initiatives in the design and development of Azure Pass, Azure Sponsorships, and Microsoft Azure Education in the form of leading end to end feature development and software lifecycle: scope and technical feasibility discussion with business, spec review, design formulation, coding, testing coverage for quality assurance, build and deployment, and post deployment monitoring, support and debugging, including following best engineering practices.

Led the development and maintenance of the Azure Internal Registration System and Azure Pass Data Platform.
Key Contributions:
▪ Designed and enhanced Azure Pass data pipeline in Azure Data Factory.
▪ Fixed issues and improved performance of the AIRS data pipeline.

Led the development and deployment of the next version of two key products in the Azure registration lineup: Azure Pass and Azure Sponsorship.
Key Contributions:
▪ Designed and enhanced Azure Pass Request, adding multiple new workflows, admin features, reporting capabilities, and email notifications.
▪ Implemented critical need for new design for Azure Sponsorship, extensively coordinating with stakeholders, incorporated design feedback and completed ahead of schedule.

Led the development and implementation of an interactive exam room program focused on engaging patients and providers at the point of care. Translated big-picture executive vision into coherent project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Three key projects include performance optimization, network configuration (both wireless and Ethernet) and two end-to-end, full-stack features (practice video and interactive anatomy).
• Identified room for improvement in existing SOPs, and implemented agile development lifecycle processes with daily Scrums that significantly improved efficiency and reduced waste.
• Coordinated extensive code reviews, testing, and other quality assurance functions.
• Prepared regular reports providing key managers visibility into project progress.

Held responsibility for the design and development of multiple key features, components, and enhancements for the Willow Ambulatory project.
• Created default coverage selection support augmenting billing workflows—improved UX and reduced billing errors.
• Reduced transfer turnaround times 75% by integrating an efficient algorithm running queries on large datasets.
• Researched patient electronic health records, identifying and filling gaps to ensure capture of complete change history and allowing on-demand printing.

Programmed interface modules and designed an exporter generating HTML files for generic spreadsheets, and developed an MS Excel exporter for text, numeric, and date formats.

Primary focus on Privacy of social communities in pervasive networks—created network visualization analysis tools, classified coarse proximity data of 80 devices into efficient data structures, and analyzed performance statistics of community detection algorithm.

Focused on self-paced learning in network environments (SPLINE)—introduced new build process, eliminated dependency on proprietary flash builder, and remodeled existing software while adding two new functions (recorded whiteboard and synchronous slide).
