At EPAM, Scott managed and led product and service design projects for companies including Pearson, Schneider Electric, Google, Bristol Myers Squibb, Perkin Elmer, Thomson Reuters, and Forrester Research. He cultivates deep, ongoing relationships with clients to drive sustained, durable outcomes and inspires and guides cross-functional teams to achieve remarkable outcomes.

G2 was rebranded Geometry Global in 2013; this position was a continuation of my employment with G2.

Scott led the UX team for G2's Philadelphia office, working with clients such as Hertz, Campbell's Soup, Merck, Sungard and Savana to envision, research and create new customer experiences. 

Some key projects: 
• Hertz: Complete reimagining of Hertz's end-to-end reservation process & NeverLost navigation UI
• Savana: Led an ethnographic research & design exercise to envision the next generation of Savana's BPM offering
• Sungard: Content strategy and experience design to harmonize disparate LOB websites. Designed and conducted 40-person global research study to gather needs and test concepts.

Refinery was purchased by G2 and renamed in 2007.

Interned in Dr Loraine Obler's Language in the Aging Brain laboratory. Supported research design and planning.
