• Conceptualized, designed, and prototyped a proof of concept for a supply chain and enterprise management solution to optimize program management, automate reporting, and intelligently forecast a pipeline of business activities, securing $20 million in funding. 

• Directed a product team from ideation to development through the deployment of the application that manages $1 Trillion, 12+ functional teams, 8 international partners, and 25+ million lines of code. 

• Built the global design practice, generating a 500% increase in annual revenue and expanding the firm's service offerings to include Product Design, Front End Development, Service Design, Research, User Experience Design, Creative Direction, and Content Strategy.

• Established the Guidehouse Innovation Lab, promoting the development of cutting-edge, user-focused concepts by enabling cross-discipline collaboration, rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration.

• Designed a scalable health insurance marketplace and streamlined the enrollment process for Healthcare.gov, contributing to the creation of 34,000 accounts, 60,000 applications, and over 650,000 unique visitors.

• Conducted card sorting, analyzed data, developed wireframes, established design patterns, and designed a new user interface for Healthcare.gov that was evaluated through A/B and multivariate testing.

• Volkswagen brand expert, overseeing all digital initiatives, and developing award-winning OmniChannel experiences for consumer products, resulting in 25% and 93% Nationwide enrollment email open rates.

• Incorporated new tools, processes, and communication methods to foster cross-functional collaboration, resulting in a 35% increase in efficiency and a 42% decrease in rework across design and engineering teams.

Conceptualized, prototyped, and executed award-winning web experiences for major studios such as Paramount, Warner Bros., and Universal Pictures.

Films supported include A Mighty Heart, Changeling, Iron Man, American Gangster, Wanted, The Bourne Ultimatum, Gone Baby Gone, and The Kingdom.

•	Conducted stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and user testing to inform digital strategy and design, successfully relaunching the Legendary Pictures web experience to coincide with the release of the award-winning film The Dark Knight.
•	Directed design and digital strategy initiatives for Billboard Award and Grammy Award-Winning recording artists, achieving a 180% and over 300% increase in new site visits, respectively.
•	Conceptualized, prototyped, and built award-winning web experiences for Paramount, Warner Bros., and Universal Pictures, leading to a 400% increase in new business.
