In January 2022, I joined the Strategic Integrations team with great enthusiasm. As a crucial member of the triad, alongside the Product Manager, Engineering Manager, and Product Designer, I assumed a leadership role within the Strategic Integrations Team. Our primary objective was to establish a seamless and cohesive experience across various popular products such as Zoom, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Jira, Slack, and others. We diligently worked to bridge the gaps and ensure a smooth integration between these platforms, empowering users to navigate effortlessly and accomplish their tasks with utmost efficiency.

n my role, I had the following responsibilities:

- Collaborating with the triad to define team OKRs.
- Conducting research to validate hypotheses.
- Driving the discovery phases of various integrations.
- Translating ideas into visual concepts and prototypes.
- Conducting user testing sessions.
- Facilitating workshops.
- Handling visual design tasks.

Additionally, I briefly worked with the Accessibility team, where I undertook the task of redesigning the GIF experience. This redesign was necessary due to several accessibility issues, such as auto play being enabled by default and the UI not scaling correctly.

During my time at Globant I have worked for two different accounts:

BBVA - Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria
I was part of the design team in charge of adapting designs produced by the Global Team of BBVA in Spain to the local users in Argentina. By breaching the cultural gap and putting the argentinian users needs and motivations first.
One of the main tasks I took on was the enrollment of 2 factor authentication, via Softoken and/or Biometric Capabilities. I also collaborated on the External Transactions flow.

EY - Ernst & Young
I'm currently working on an internal tool for EY that aims to gather all the technology-related platforms, products and content in a single place. Centralizing the information, giving users the possibility to discover content, connect with each other and consume products.
