Hey! I'm Sepehr, an engineering lead based in Espoo, Finland, with 10+ years of experience building and owning complex software systems end-to-end.
For the past two years I've been the sole technical lead on a player support tooling platform at Metacore, doing everything from architecture design and stakeholder management to shipping AI-powered features in production. I've spoken at international conferences on LLM system design, guest lectured at Aalto University, and mentor engineers at We In Games Finland.
I enjoy both sides of the leadership conversation: being the person a founder calls when they're unsure about a technical direction, and helping engineers figure out how to grow beyond just writing good code.
