Moqui is a creative and digital studio that helps individuals, founders and small businesses turn their ideas into clear, credible brands, websites and digital products that are ready to grow.

We combine strategy and design to create projects that are beautiful, functional and built to evolve over time.

My role consist in:
• Leading product strategy and end-to-end design for core modules.
• Designing complex workflows and information architecture to support multi-cluster logic, dynamic pricing rules, and high-impact operational scenarios.
• Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to validate decisions and improve the experience for hotel managers and property operators.
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and CX teams to align product direction, refine requirements, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Evolving the Design System by defining scalable components, patterns, accessibility standards, and contribution workflows across teams.
• Integrating AI into the design process (research synthesis, UX copywriting, prototyping, documentation) to increase velocity and consistency across projects.
• Mentoring designers and leading design critiques to maintain high-quality execution and cross-team alignment.

• Designing applications for Prada, Miu Miu, Church's and other brands for in-house operations.
• Conducting user research to inform design decisions that resonate with Prada’s target audience.
• Conducting A/B testing to optimize user experiences based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize user flows and interactions.
• Collaborating with developers and product teams for smooth implementation of designs.
• Managing the brands’ Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and regular updates.
• Contributing to elevating the brands as digital innovators by driving projects that balance aesthetics with functionality.
