Built the product from 0 to 1 with other 3 co-founders and 1 engineer.

- Responsible for designing the user experience and interface at Evoke, a "serious game" that blended gamification and social networks. The target was students and educational institutions.

- Had 10 direct reports and more than 100 indirect reports. I was also the final responsible for the P&L.
- When I took over, the organization was heading to bankruptcy. We not only paid the debts that composed 1/3 of the budget, but also turned a profit and broke a 10 year performance record.
