About Seva Shaposhnikov

Senior Product Designer at Recraft

I’m a product designer based in Amsterdam. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked across AI, edtech, B2C, and B2B SaaS — mostly at the intersection of product growth, user experience, and experimentation.

Currently a Senior Product Designer at Recraft. Previously, Product/Growth Designer at Miro and Head of Design at Netology.

I like working on products where design is closely connected to real behavior: how people discover value, where they get stuck, what helps them move forward, and what actually makes a product worth paying for. My work has covered monetization, lifecycle journeys, onboarding, email systems, SEO/CRO, growth experiments, and internal tools.

I’d love to help students and people starting out and people changing careers. We can work on reviewing a portfolio or resume, finding a career direction, practicing for interviews, growing skills and solving work challenges, and building confidence and perspective. Bring your questions, and we’ll find a practical next step together.
