Hey, I am Shagane. I went through a very lonely journey from being a designer to being head of design with product and brand excelling under my leadership. I hope to help design leaders of today and tomorrow in their journey to feel proud of their path and simplify the road ahead based on their unique personal goals and talents.

I have managed multiple products, software portfolios, and large rebrands. I have supported large transformations, M&A, and integration work. I have built many design teams including product, brand, design ops, and design systems. I also facilitate design cohorts to grow faster with peers!
