Acing technical interview questions

Leading a team of researchers to train foundation models for multimodal data. These models are used to develop adaptive neural interfaces that could replace the standard graphical user interfaces for text-entry. Worked on setting the research direction and aligning incentives (within
the team) and research to product goals (with the product org).
→Primary contributor to 9 research papers in the areas of lifelong learning, reinforcement learning,
modular architectures and distributed training, with publications at ICML, ICLR, etc.
→Open-sourced toolkits and libraries, with several associated presentations including at PyTorch
Ecosystem Day and PyCon US
→ Mentored 17 engineers, residents, interns, and students.
