Hi, I’m Shailly, and I have over 20 years of experience leading technology and data governance programmes across global, regulated environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve turned ambiguous, high-risk priorities into governed, funded outcomes and authoring Experian’s first enterprise-wide AWS training governance framework and leading a regional data security posture mandate trusted by senior, CTO-level leaders. I work primarily through stakeholder trust rather than formal authority, mobilising CTOs, CFOs, and cross-functional teams toward shared results. I also coach and mentor within a structured internal development programme, helping others build resilience and ownership in their own roles.
