Hi! I’m Shalini Sudarsan, an Engineering Leader with 19+ years of experience driving AI-powered reliability, cyber-resilience, and DevSecOps across global teams in retail, e-commerce, EdTech, and healthcare. I currently lead DevSecOps at KinderCare, following my work scaling Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) for Nike’s consumer platforms.

My passion lies in building scalable, secure systems, growing high-performing global teams, and shaping strategies that blend engineering excellence with customer impact. I’ve led cloud modernization, cost optimization, and platform transformations — and mentored engineers through career pivots, leadership transitions, and technical growth.
