I leverage data-driven design decisions to create a seamless user experience architecture for our SaaS product. As a product designer, I oversee projects that aim to gain a deep understanding of our users' needs. I then use these insights to develop actionable solutions that meet user expectations and align with our business objectives. By conducting ongoing user testing and analysis, I ensure that our design decisions are based on empirical evidence. This enables us to improve upon our product through iteration continuously.

A central aspect of my role involves developing and maintaining our design system that serves as the foundation for consistency and coherence across the ChannelEngine platform. By setting standards and guidelines for UX design, I foster collaboration within product teams and empower colleagues to contribute effectively to the design process. This collaborative approach not only enhances the overall user experience but also brings revenue by delivering solutions that resonate with our users and drive engagement.

Additionally, I actively engage with product owners, front-end developers, and end-users to align design objectives with business goals, ensuring that our solutions are not only user-centric but also commercially viable. By evaluating user feedback and suggesting improvements, I continuously strive to elevate the platform and deliver value to both users and stakeholders alike.

Role: Created a link between the IFS Design System and UI Web components to support accessibility for the UI Component Library and Design System.

Accessibility Initiatives: Led Accessibility operations, auditing IFS Cloud and Design System components, introducing QA accessibility tools, and writing an Accessibility Statement.

Inclusive Design: Made significant global progress in inclusive design at IFS.

Additional Involvement: Contributed to design initiatives like the IFS time zone feature, including pre-design research, user journey mapping, proposal creation, and stakeholder communication.

Sana Commerce partners with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP to power over 1,200 web stores worldwide with our innovative approach and strong network.

• Manage Sana Commerce Add-ons, front-end team.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
