Choosing metrics and team goals

• Owned tagging, governance, initial proof of concept analysis, and evangelism for the implementation of a product analytics tool on a web app with thousands of pages and millions of active users.
• Automated part of an accounting workflow using Dataiku, which we expect to save several person-hours per month worth of repetitive, error-prone tasks.
• Improved the usability and usefulness of a monthly data summary for an executive audience by performing UX research and data visualization design.
• Planned and ran a training session on "Usability Testing for Data Experts".

• Owned the user experience design for a key strategic product integration; built Invision prototypes that were used to communicate strategy to executives, internal legal teams, regulators, and development teams.
• Analyzed data from a 394-person unmoderated usability study to inform a fundamental design decision by quantifying subjective and objective data using statistical methods in Excel, then summarizing results in understandable data visualizations.
• Designed, ran, and analyzed a survey of over 200 new hires in partnership with the Employee Experience team.
• Tested and improved the usability of several large projects by planning, facilitating, and analyzing UX research studies, then designing solutions for problems discovered in the studies.
• Gathered and reported product usage data using SQL and Google Analytics to inform the prioritization of several projects.
• Completed an 8-part internal training course on product analytics and Dataiku.
• Co-presented an internal training session on presentation skills with the Learning and Development team.
• Co-chaired a committee on community relations (May 2020 – Present), supporting the firm's culture of giving back.

• Implemented a database to store, tag, and view highlights from UX research sessions. Less than one year in, this database now contains over 650 different UX research "nuggets" from over 80 research samples.
• Regularly collaborate with developers, product managers, other designers, external partners, and customers to design easy-to-use, visually appealing, technically feasible solutions to complex problems.
• Gained deep understanding of the equity compensation industry by completing two self-guided training courses: Shareworks Associate Level Certification and Shareworks Masters Level Certification.
