I oversaw the beta launch of Wilmington Trust's BoardingPass application - the first digital platform to streamline the management of participation agreements for CITs. As a result of the digital efforts and the demand for this service, the business line was spun off into its own company in Q2 of 2023.

I led the design effort to digitize Wilmington Trust's secure payment management strategies for their institutional clients. This initiative aims to decrease fraud related to wire transfers and ACH payments and increase the speed at which client requests can be securely processed. We do this by having clients make requests securely in our application and offering them digital self-service options for wires and ACH transfers.

I delivered $550,000+ in instructional services in one year at General Assembly

I taught 37 of the next generation of UX designers on the principles, methods, and tools used by today's UX designers, so they can gain proficiency and land their first UX job.

I coached multiple students through the hiring process, helping them land their first UX Design and/or UX research job.

I worked with the Enterprise UX team to help simplify and improve their customer communication strategy.

I ran a UX contractor satisfaction survey that helped the design operations team know what issues to address with their UX contractors.

I managed multiple UX vendors and  15 UX contractors on projects that included web and mobile customer-facing applications for multiple products over the course of the last 4 years at T-Mobile.

I wrote job descriptions for UX, front-end development, and UI/UX QA positions for my department that were used to hire UX design contractors and FTEs. 20+ people - 15 who were UX designers - were hired off of the job descriptions I wrote while at T-Mobile.

I led the design team of 12 that was responsible producing the first version of ADA compliant native mobile applications at T-Mobile. This team produced the recommendations and guidelines needed to ensure our iOS , Android, and Responsive web applications were accessible to our users. I took the findings and guidelines back to the internal stakeholders and shared the importance of making sure our software is accessible in the browser and on native mobile devices.

I worked with the legal department to define what accessibility looks like as part of the interface and experience in the browser and on our native mobile apps. In addition, I also worked with the IP legal team to submit a utility patent for my One Click Conferencing Custom Contact. It was approved by the patent office in 2018.

I was the UX subject matter expert on 10 different products including multiple internal engineering tools and multiple customer-facing native mobile apps like Name ID - now Scam Shield - and lead the design efforts and defined the ecosystem for the DIGITS platform.

I organized the effort to identify who the UX members were at T-Mobile and advocated for UX unification to help us provide the best experience to our customers and help the business achieve its goals. This advocacy allowed me to build a product design team from just me to a team of 16 product designers when I left.

I coded an on brand interface for the my account mobile app for Android devices

I worked hand in hand with the CEO create the best possible user experience on the iOS and web app

I created the brand for the company - including email templates, social media graphics, and print media

I made strategic recommendations for features to make the product more useful

I worked with a talented UX Design team to create design solutions for web, desktop, and mobile apps for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft and Halliburton.

I made strategic recommendations for how companies like Sanrio can improve their mobile apps.

Our team won Microsoft’s Partner of the Year for the project I worked on with the UN’s World Food Programme.

I provided marketing design solutions for DomainTools products so they could recruit top talent to their team.

I worked with Awesome Giant’s owner to create branded interactive experiences for their clients

I produced, selected, color corrected and optimized over 600 images for the first 4   Allrecipes.com eBooks designed for the iPad using XHTML and CSS, opening up a new revenue channel for the company.

I designed branded print marketing materials and interactive web experiences for the global marketing department an empowered their European team to be able better sell their business travel services to new clients.

I got buy-in for the global marketing team to use InCopy - a tool to allow the writers and translators the ability to edit the text - which streamlined the workflow and reduced the number of revisions needed to get sign off on the marketing collateral.

I redesigned and coded using HTML & CSS a new website using the DotNetNuke CMS

Site traffic increased 100% within 30 days after the launch of the new website and 150% YoY

Provided print collateral used to help American Topgun Productions to land a partnership with Microsoft on the design of the new version of their Flight Simulator game
