As a design consultant, I have elevated the user experience whilst uplifting the user interface of internal products at Fractal Analytics. Some of the key highlights include:
- Enhancing the user experience of A.I.D.E (a digital experience analytics product) through user-centric design practices
- Design audit of the existing solution to highlight usability issues
- Conducting UX research - competitive analysis and primary research through interviews, usability tests, A/B Tests, card sorts
- Collating and prioritising insights to provide tangible solutions backed by user narratives 
- Redesigning the product through industry best practices, user insights and application of fractal’s design system (Phi Design system)
- Creating wireframes and clickable prototypes. Presenting walkthrough demos to stakeholders
- Collaborating with front-end developers to facilitate efficient handoff

As an Account Manager for the Wholesale Asia Pacific (APAC) Business unit for Resellerclub, I primarily handled customer engagement and retention with the aim of increasing revenue. As part of the role, I analyzed clients’ existing technology and systems and advised appropriate processes to ensure seamless integration and migration to our solutions. Some of the key highlights include:
- Contributed an average of USD 2,600 per month to the revenue over the past 6 months. Awarded monthly incentives for exceeding targets, with the highest revenue of USD 3,684
- Project Lead for the “Extra Mile Blog” - a blog-post series capturing client experiences and customer journeys
- Handled a process aimed at increasing revenue generated from high-value product renewals
- Conducted follow-up analysis to identify weekly and monthly renewal trends
- Undertook competitor analysis in terms of pricing, infrastructure and product offerings
- Assisted in up-selling products by converting leads provided by the tech support team

As a Marketing Associate, I handled product marketing in terms of competitive analysis - Flock versus other business collaboration/communication applications. This involved in-depth user and product research. Some of the key highlights are:
- Data-driven product marketing by analysing competing products viz. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Workplace by Facebook, etc.
- Formulated the value proposition statement for Flock by highlighting standard messaging parameters and unique product features through research synthesis
- Worked on Flock v/s competitors blog-posts to increase viewership of the Flock blog
- Organised internal demo sessions for sales and product teams analysing each competitor

I worked as Account Manager handling various accounts for Flock Campus - a team communication and collaboration application. The role involved end-to-end sales and marketing processes from lead generation to conducting marketing activities for brand recognition, adoption, engagement and retention. Some of the highlights are as follows:
- Led the entire adoption of Flock Campus at IIM Ahmedabad, MICA, TISS and K.J.Somaiya to name a few
- Achieved a product adoption of over 60% at all business schools targeted
- Profiled and generated leads to tap into the international market including business schools in US, Singapore and France
- Coordinated with internal teams viz. content, design, product, software development for marketing collateral and in-app feature enhancements
- Conducted online and in-person product tutorials

Closely worked with the Design team at Flock - a business communication and collaboration application. Undertook data analysis and handled logistics. Key highlights:
- Prepared reports and analysed data on metrics such as daily/weekly active users, feature usage etc.
- Assisted in prototyping Flock's UI on multiple devices and operating systems for the Product Design team
- Assisted with User Testing
- Coordinated with vendors for logistics management

In this role, I handled 2 main business units - Business Banking Assets and Priority Banking Business. Some key highlights:
- Prepared daily and monthly reports and reconciliation statements for these business units
- Managed NEFT, RTGS and fund transfer transactions
