Product head for Azure demand systems, Analytics and DC strategic planning:
Primary owner of key leadership initiatives to unblock enterprise transformations and DC planning. Responsible for analytics and platform integrations across forecasting, planning, placement, and allocation platforms.

•	Understand dependencies and critical infrastructure to manage total DC demand across multiple metros and regions within lead time

Product head of AWS WW Datacenter planning and delivery - short range and long range planning to meet customer demand.
•	Product Owner of building the AWS DC planning system from scratch. Influenced Sr. leaders, created Vision, PRFAQ and EPIC documents. Currently driving the product creation to completion including HC planning, detailing product features and roadmap prioritization, UIs and 2020/2021 MVP deliverables
•	Spearheaded multiple $ XXX M improvement projects by identifying system/process improvement areas, gaining Sr. leadership approvals on solutions and then working with Tech teams and project teams to implement the solutions across systems and processes
•	owned the 2019 and 2020 $XXB “Data Center Global Services” strategic and operations plan. The plan rolls-up to AWS CEO for approval, Quarterly results inputs, Variable cost hiring, DC Services operational plans and for cost tracking mechanisms.

Owner of WW AWS Data Center capacity products and planning. 
•	Building the Sr. Leadership MBR "Capacity Delivery Health Dashboard" KPIs: Worked across Sr. leaders, planning teams, delivery teams, data-science/Business intelligence teams to create Capacity Delivery Health Dashboard. The Dashboard tracks business health across WW clusters, Metrics and rolling time-windows and is used in MBRs to drive AWS supply chain actions.
•	Drove constrained AZ metrics improvements by 20% by KPI creation, driving strategy and developing mechanisms to improve efficiencies, identifying Single Point of Failures for resolution adn then tracking multiple initiatives across WW teams and influencing MBRs for strong implementation.
•	Launched and drove the weekly strategic Sr. VPs business review (WBR) meetings and the weekly execution-oriented meetings across WW regions. Monthly communication sent to AWS-CEO direct.
•	Drove multiple systemic enhancements by working with SDMs/SDEs to enable the system to process the correct business mappings and drive further enhancements
•	Driving WW training programs on Capacity Planning 101 concepts and planning product usage. 
•	Creating AWS DC Build Quality dashboard: A Tableau oriented visual management reports which flag input errors across systems

Launched the Amazon Last mile (AMZL) node for the Heavy Bulky (HB) operations and grew operations to meet 1% of the US market share.
Owner of the product definition, features roadmap and launching of critical customer-facing processes of the Amazon Last Mile - Heavy bulky items.
• Launched the first 10 US AMZL HB delivery station network from scratch – Standardized operations, drove operation hiring, crafted data workflows and engagement points for daily operations.
• Crafted “WW AMZL HB Business Tech requirement roadmap” – created the MVP and long term product definition and roadmapping with the Last Mile tech teams and gained tech buy-in on prioritization across multiple Software teams 
• Led 'financial Path to green' roadmap for the Last mile. Benchmarked costs and experience against competition carriers and used economy-of-scale based topology modelling to reduce costs in the medium term.

Owned the 3 yr NA Fulfillment Center (FC) Capacity planning. 
• Managed the official $X B Plan of record for Amazon's Fulfillment Center Network, including the impact of new FCs, capacity improvements and retrofits to support hundred of millions of in-stock units across millions of SKUs to ship to customers worldwide.
• Led the 3-year NA Supply Chain network planning for high customer impact initiatives such as Consumables, apparel, Shoes, Sortable and non-sortable ASIN categories.
• managed and evolved supply plans based on demand projections, budgetary constrains, future automation technologies & product development to ensure 2-day customer promise while achieving  cost targets.
• Innovated and automated network planning products/processes, through creation of a long term planning tool, FC focused tools/processes and people development
• Created and implemented capacity planning processes for all automated fulfillment centers through technology, cross-country seminars and operations automation

Owned operational KPIs and led +800 organization across multiple peak seasons across 2 Fulfillment Centers. Overarching responsibility for a safe working environment and meeting cost targets while delivering Amazon’s customer promise.
