#affiliate_marketing
- Revamped the referral program, shifting from a trading volume-based commission calculation to a fee-paid model, aligning it with the updated WOO X business strategy, and leading to a nearly 5x growth in netted fee income.
- Played a key role in the Korean expansion initiative, facilitating the acquisition of high-volume users. Implemented flexible token options in referral commissions for the BD team and aligned the design to showcase sophisticated referral commission histories across various roles and tokens through a streamlined UI/UX approach.
- Collaborated with the BD team to create an advanced affiliate dashboard, which offers detailed referral-related data and is tailored to meet the needs of high-value users contributing up to 20% of the trading volume on the platform.

#trading_competition
- Engineered a modularized approach for trading competition requests, streamlining development from 7 weeks to 1 week, and significantly bolstered BD team initiatives, achieving up to 1.5 billion in trading volume for a single competition.

#institutional_growth
- Pioneered the development of a specialized page for designated market makers, enhancing partner recruitment and transparency. Resulted in improved liquidity through diversified sourcing and increased user trust. Iterated the page promptly to seamlessly support the BD team's new altcoin program, facilitating outreach to potential customers.
- Engineered a dedicated broker page for the BD team to showcase our services, resulting in 15 applications within 10 months. This initiative significantly contributed to expanding our network and market presence.

WOO X is a leading global crypto exchange, offering deep liquidity, zero-fee trading, and customizable workspaces for superior order execution. As a member of the WOO X team, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects, including:

#onboarding
- Streamlined the onboarding process for new users by implementing biometric mobile login, desktop QR code login, and Google/Apple login and registration. This reduced the original procedure time for login by 50% and for registration by 30%.

#tutorial
- Developed a step-by-step desktop tutorial with a 50%+ completion rate (more than 3x the previous version) and a 50%+ conversion rate for identity verification. I also revamped the mobile flipping page intro, which had a 45%+ completion rate and a 50%+ conversion rate for registration. In addition, I planned a step-by-step mobile tutorial with a 60%+ completion rate and a 60%+ conversion rate for KYC.

#localization
- Developed a scalable localization system from scratch, supporting up to 10 languages and strategically adjusting language options based on go-to-market strategy and user usage. 

#scrum_master
- Serving as the Agile Scrum Master and Release Manager for two scrum teams with over 20 members each, responsible for sprint planning, retrospectives, and releases (hotfixes and maintenance). I also organized the release notes for the internal engineering team and external teams such as operations, customer service, and marketing.

#trading
- Developing the advanced GUI manual trading tool "Price Ladder," which allows traders to quickly place, delete, and edit orders in the order book and check the distribution of buy and sell orders in the current market through customized tick sizes. I also managed the development timeline for futures trading on mobile and optimized existing trading tools/widgets such as hidden orders for algo orders.

• Analyzed over 3000 questionnaire responses from 3 surveys including KANO and NPS to prioritize user needs. Pain points from potential dropout users and users with high trading volume were highlighted
• Transcribing and sorting 10+ user interviews into broker choices, investment target decisions, asset allocations, etc.
• Established and refined sheets presented to a market research company for user recruiting from the research hypothesis
• Categorized user groups by investigating domestic and overseas broker’s services, business models and advertisements
• Assisted to build a pitch deck for the optimization of account opening for a local sub-brokerage from previous use cases

• Led a team of 5 from different divisions to design financial services for 3 types of students studying abroad (short-term study/long-term study from lower-/higher- income families) with 5 interviews; pitched to CEO and won third prize 
• Optimized the banking account opening process by 7 competitive product analysis, 10 user experience interview, and questionnaire design to solve the unclear app instruction 
• Led a team of 4 to align the writing in 12 function pages and established standards for following app development
• Pitched to the head of Design Center the analysis of tone of narrative, interface design, and marketing strategies of account opening and MGM in 7 foreign and domestic internet banks to optimize the design of account opening and MGM in NEXT BANK
