Hello! I’m Sharan, a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of experience building reliable and scalable systems across Microsoft and MathWorks. At Microsoft, I focus on strengthening Azure’s observability platform and improving how teams detect, diagnose, and resolve issues in large cloud environments. Earlier in my career at MathWorks, I supported global engineering teams and contributed to core product workflows that helped users build high-quality embedded and model-based designs.
I hold a Master’s in Computer Science from University of Texas at Dallas and maintain a strong independent research interest in AI-driven automation, distributed systems, and large scale engineering systems. I enjoy exploring how intelligent systems can make cloud platforms more resilient and how emerging AI techniques can support reliability, diagnostics, and developer productivity.
