Hi, I’m Sharon. I’ve spent most of my career leading engineering and delivery teams, helping people work better together and turn complex ideas into real results. I’ve managed global teams, coached managers, and led projects that brought structure, calm, and focus to fast-moving environments.

I really enjoy mentoring because I know how valuable it is to have someone to think things through with, especially when you’re growing as a leader or navigating change.
