Sharon started off her career in the People Department known as Human Resource and was placed under Recruitment and Employer Branding. At first, she was assigned to revamp the company's internal communication system in the form of a newsletter through CRM, it was later decided that her main objective was more on the external. Events and partnerships together with Indonesian ministries, universities, and education management were the main pillars to engage with potential employees. And in order to brand and market the organization, end-to-end recruitment stages were exposed, taught, and practiced. In addition, project management was introduced as an approach to ensure all the work was handled properly.

After one whole year, she was offered to scale up her project by acting as a Corporate Affairs due to past relevant experiences in project management. She worked closely with an Indonesian political party and politicians with the aim to create brand awareness. Out of all learnings gained in a political setting, she realized how significant it is to influence and manage people along with their expectations at work. This exposure led her to deep dive into human resource management to ensure all stakeholders were properly assigned, rewarded, and retained.

Besides, since 2021, she has been actively involved in several career development initiatives to prepare Indonesia's younger generation transition from an academic setting to a workplace. She has guided thousands of college students and approximately 100+ jobseekers yearly on their respective job seeking journey. Items discussed were professional branding assets e.g. resume, linkedin, portfolio, and all the way to mock up behavioural interviews. During this engagement, not only was she able to correlate her existing knowledge on recruitment but also gained insights such as employment law, compesation, and benefits which are included in human resource management.

Therefore after 4+ years of working experience in dynamic roles, she has now come to a realisation that she is very much intrigued and mastered in people, project management, human resource and education. Being a highly communicative, detailed oriented person, and a problem solver, lead her focus is to ensure each task is being fulfilled in a timely manner with satisfactory results. A slightly perfectionist with a huge obsession toward streamlined workflow from process mapping such as ideating, prototyping, A/B testing, monitoring, measuring, and evaluating to meet the objective of the business.
