As a Product designer at SurveyMonkey, I am responsible for leading ambiguous design projects. I am passionate about getting to know our users, their pain points and discovering innovating ways that we can solve for them. I enjoy taking a complex user flow creating a simple intuitive solutions.
I am also passionate about coaching and mentoring designers, particularly those who are underserved and marginalized. This includes helping them find confidence in their abilities, using their strengths to contribute to the greater team and learning to build influence and a voice in the product development process.
My previous role involved leading UX at a software development consultancy, I have demonstrated excellent problem-solving abilities while collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. As the lead designer on 25+ apps, I have a proven track record of success in designing user-centered consumer mobile applications, b2b, enterprise, and SaaS products.
