- Enhanced the EBSCO Discovery Service experience by implementing micro-interactions as a new interface based on insights from analyzing 800+ user data, 9 usability studies, and stakeholder interviews, resulting in improved user feedback and preference.
- Earned buy-ins from the Pratt SAVI Lab to analyze the impact of STEW-MAP New York under the lifecycle of data analysis, presenting the findings from research, visualization and user testing in the form of a web page, potentially informed policy decisions and community initiatives. 
- Restructured the information architecture of Gentle Barn’s site map based on card sorting, tree testing, and A/B testing.
- Collected 120+ data points for NYC construction and design on understanding user’s needs, planning project,  and design co-workshops across various disciplines and industries by leading field trip, ethnography research, and diary studies; outcomes of the research and design workshop inspired fellows to transform into solutions.
