A 'design-thinking' UX professional and research enthusiast with diverse experience and skill-set, having worked for both B2B and B2C establishments including Product and Service companies. Working as a UX Manager with ADP and guild lead for Service Tech design and research teams in India.

Identifying opportunity areas i.e signals, Drafting proposals, Leading multi-country ethnographic studies, Moderating multi-disciplinary workshops, Culminating ideas (desirable, feasible, viable), Ideating key screens/Hero flows, Crafting digital experiences/ UI guides, Proposing patents, Facilitating development, RITE product evaluation, Stakeholder alignment, Product releases (MLP) really excite me !!

In my last professional pursuit, worked as a UX Specialist in Mobility Domain with OPPO's India R&D centre, mentoring UX projects, proposing localisation ideas, contributing towards ColorOS platform enhancement and leading India research. UX Consultant with ADP's Design Studio, working on simplifying complex Web Designs & Usability. At Samsung corporate design centre, proposed and led research projects across emerging economies (Asia, Latin America, Africa) in search of mobile UX USP'S with granted patents for successfully designed/ commercialised features across Samsung models globally (refer my articles/ attachments for details). Accomplishments include leading UT Lab set-up @Samsung Design Delhi. Previously taken-up role(s) also includes that of a Project Manager wherein have led global ethnographic projects for clients including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GE Health & BBC WST.
