Hello! I am Shaun, based in Singapore & have spent the past 7 years working on user growth with both DTC brands & apps across global markets, including Southeast Asia & the United States. 👋
1) Launched & scaled up performance marketing workflows in D2C (Zenyum) & consumer app (Coffee Meets Bagel - CMB) businesses.
2) Experience in systemising both 1) brand-led (working with in-house designers) and 2) creator-led (working with creators) creative processes for performance marketing.
3) Scaled up creator partnerships from scratch with CMB, managing both the pipeline & experiment roadmap to deliver business goals to acquiring a niche target consumer segment.
4) Drove the growth experimentation process with CMB, including creating roadmaps based on the growth model and calculating the no. of experiments needed to meet goals based on the projected improvement rates.
5) Led the up-skilling of growth capabilities with internal teams in Zenyum & LingoAce, as well as with students in an external digital marketing course.
