• Lead and manage a team of product designers for the Home Hub platform, setting goals, managing workload and allocating resources appropriately, focusing on service products, content discovery and applications.

• Recruit, coach and mentor product designers within and across teams, prioritizing their goals and needs to set them up for success at various stages of their development.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineering, user research, data science and strategy, to bring consumer-facing experiences to TV audiences, from conception to launch, while taking into account mobile and the use of AI.

• Led a team of creatives for the Mercedes-Benz USA web product platform, focusing on the launch of new electric vehicles and the e-commerce process

•  Managed a team of creatives working on the Mercedes-Benz USA site platform, providing support, coaching and mentorship.

•  Oversaw localization of the site platform for Mexico, Canada and China, while maintaining design systems, ensuring ADA compliance and modularization of components via AEM.

•  Worked remotely out of the Toronto, London and Malaysia offices, while continuing to design experiences and providing art direction.

•  Redesigned the Mercedes-Benz USA platform, working on UI/UX design, art direction, design systems, user testing and prototyping.

•  Executed high-level decision making and roadmap planning for the brand, working with the clients to define requirements and goals for the site platform.

•  Pitched and presented new work to grow the business with the brand, resulting in more work billed to the retainer and an increased revenue for the team.

• Co-founded a digital product startup for semi-pro and pro gamers to track
their gamblings and connect with other like-minded enthusiasts.

• Designed and marketed for the platform. Worked on branding, UI/UX design,
user testing, market research, art direction, front end development and business pitches.

Led concept and design for Emirates airlines while interfacing with clients to bring various digital projects to life.

•  Managed the redesign of a global site platform and new digital concepts, working closely with user experience leads, strategy leads and developers. 

•  Traveled to Dubai to work with clients and grew the relationship from a   creative standpoint.

•  Provided support as an overseer, managing a team of designers on multiple projects to ensure cohesiveness and consistency throughout the brand’s digital experience.

Worked on a wide variety of creative mediums from print to digital. Involved in brainstorming concepts for campaigns, designing website UI, developing Flash banners and providing layouts for print.
