As an Operations Design Strategy Consultant and Project Manager in the fields of Law, IT, Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Health Care, and Educational Innovation. I’ve continually found my greatest successes have been achieved in the areas of operations strategy design, operations management consulting, client relationship management, and project management.

I have over 15 years of experience serving as an operations, project and portfolio manager that successfully oversaw a variety of complex projects from conception through completion. As you will see, my credentials include progressive responsibility with documented success at various organizational levels while remaining agile enough to work across many different business landscapes. I have successfully managed, strategized and planned the start up or business augmentation of many organizations across many verticals.

Operational design strategy, project management, position placement, business applications workflows, client & vendor relationship management are some of my key strengths. I am known as a versatile contributor with experience in all core project management, operations and high level business and administrative functions.

I attribute much of my success has come from the reliance and utilization of observation, intuition, critical thinking and judgement in order to drive, organize and streamline projects while improving day to day operations. My experience has honed my mastery of top-flight consensus-building and problem-solving skills, while fine tuning my ability to make difficult decisions in high risk business environments.
