• Govern content at all stages, from planning, writing, editing, and iterating to continuous improvement.

• Create content audits, glossaries, guidelines, and other artifacts to help teams design and build user interfaces, and maintain consistency and clarity across products and experiences.

• Collaborate daily with product designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design experiences.
• Work closely with product marketing managers (PMM), technical writers, and support stakeholders to make sure the end to end user journey is aligned, consistent, and meets user’s needs.

• Ideate and lead Anyone Can Write project to create and launch a training program and process for subject matter experts (SMEs) to submit contributions to the technical writing team to improve accuracy of documentation, and increase efficiency and scalability of the team.
• Facilitate monthly Write The Docs YOW (Ottawa) meetup; co-create a BIPOC writers group within Write the Docs.
• Write clear, concise, and accurate user-centered content for new and updated features, based on
feedback, UX research, support data, SME and editorial reviews, and hands-on testing.
• Determine the needs of users and prepare technical documentation, and other
supporting materials to communicate complex and technical information clearly.
