I have work multiple hats in my 20+ years career, from Business Analyst, to Project Manager, Programe Manager, Product Manager, Leading teams and departments.
I am a keen reflector of history, cultures & religions, and I try my hardest to not let the cruelties of the past, misguided interpretations and self made limitations depress me. I love to amplify the “not so often heard” balanced and kind perspectives.
Being a mentor is important to me because, when I started my career in UK, as a non-native female with young family, I could have faced prejudice & discrimination, but I was helped, elevated, & guided by some wonderful people, who challenged society norms, and helped me enormously. It is my pleasure to emulate their kindness help elevate others.
Advice to my younger self => Be even more inquisitive, learn more lessons & celebrate your authenticity.
My interests outside work => spectating field hockey, upcycling vintage furniture and sewing (I am known for undoing outfits I buy and & redesign them into something different!)
