Because we are a fully licensed microinsurance company, unlike most insurances, we develop products, underwrite, process, and pay claims in-house to provide a seamless, hassle-free, and enjoyable insurance experience.

Led the product management process for 2 products 
- LoanSpot ( Fintech )
- Supply Smart ( Supply Chain)

- Work with Stakeholders to define product features and requirements and user stories with concise acceptance criteria for communication channels for Goldman's ESG analytics tool.
- Facilitate kick-off meetings with relevant stakeholders, as well as PI (Program Increment) planning sessions to ensure commitment to PI objectives
- Manage the development cycle for customer communications related to newly developed product features
- Coordinate with development tech teams via daily standups to groom JIRA stories and tasks associated with new features owned by the team
- Collaborate with other managers to define requirements and development timelines for new communications and features
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for product process development and testing
- Manage the identification and resolution of bugs with new feature releases
