I've been building and leading content design teams for over a decade, through a pandemic, and in this new world of hybrid/remote work. In that time, I've had the pleasure and honor to mentor folks who are new in career as well as experienced practitioners looking to grow into management roles or individual contributor leadership roles. These relationships have always developed organically through work interactions. I'd like to expand and extend those experiences more intentionally to help boost the next generation of leaders and content design practitioners. I spend my free time outside with my dogs Seamus and Kira or inside reading, writing, thinking, and drawing.
