I am Stefanie, a professional service designer and developer integrated with a computer science and AI background. I have extensive industrial experience in both Service/UX/UI system R&D and project management from 2018. And developed my skills in the Royal College of Art in the service design sector and achieved more than 6 global project in many sectors. I am currently working in the public sector - National Highways as Service Designer. I used to work with different clients and stakeholders like Huawei, Century Media, PA consulting and UK research and innovation. And start-up companies like Hummingbird Nation as native applications where I have trained my professional and management skills. My efforts aim to bring more Personalised, Platformised and Intelligent services to the user's lifestyle. I think I am a creative and skillful collaborator in the projects of blockchain, AI+, digitalize (for transport, healthcare, education & business) and smart bionics (i.e., Robotic prosthesis & Brain-computer interface).
