As Tarabut's first UX Researcher, I established the UXR function from the ground up. I managed the end-to-end UXR lifecycle, from setting research goals to writing actionable recommendations and developing research reports. I advocated for UXR's critical role in shaping product strategies, ensuring a balance between innovation and the refinement of current user experiences.

⭐ Contributed to the product strategy of a "Lending Dashboard" product, leading to the building of the MVP through strategic insights resulting from multiple generative research sessions with credit analysts, benchmarking, and desk research.

⭐ Delivered strategic insights into the payments landscape, market sizes, and customer behaviors in Saudi Arabia through in-depth 1-on-1 interviews and reviewing online market reports, informing our business strategy and prioritizing the industry segments to target.

⭐ Improved the conversion and adoption rates of open banking flow among clients in Saudi by formulating UX/UI guidelines to enhance the use of open banking features, driven by actionable design recommendations from leading multiple usability tests, preference tests, and surveys.

⭐ Conducted a strategic prioritization workshop with the Developer Portal team, refining the feature development roadmap for our portal after collecting feedback from support, internal, and external stakeholders, competitive benchmarking, and heuristic evaluations.

⭐ Established a comprehensive research repository on Confluence, enabling easy access to different research studies and facilitating knowledge sharing across the team.

⭐ Developed multiple frameworks, guidelines, and processes to streamline and enhance the research practice within the company, including a streamlined participant recruitment process to reduce costs and enable more frequent research activities.

As a Senior UX Consultant, I led multiple UX/Research/Strategy projects where I assisted clients by running business discovery and prioritization workshops, conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, crafting UX strategies, building information architectures, navigation models, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

⭐ Delivered the new website for the Central Bank of Egypt through a +12-month project that involved engaging with over 100 stakeholders and users. This comprehensive effort included extensive benchmarking, developing personas, mapping out user journeys, and formulating a UX strategy. Tasks also involved designing the Information Architecture (IA), running tree tests, creating wireframes, and implementing multiple rounds of feedback iterations throughout the project.

⭐ Formulated an MVP strategy for the TASMU Smart Qatar app by facilitating multiple sessions with business teams to define and prioritize MVP features.

⭐ Led the research and design efforts for the TASMU Smart Qatar app, delivering personas, user flows, wireframes, design system and guided two other designs through the project lifecycle.

⭐ Collaborated with content, data, and design teams to create a framework for auditing e-commerce experiences, which attracted business valued at over $100,000.

⭐ Developed three templates for benchmarking, UX auditing, and user interviews, saving at least 16 hours of research time per project. These templates were adopted across global teams due to their effectiveness.

⭐ Provided consultancy and support to several high-profile clients, including Tefal, Damas, CIB, and Banque Misr, enhancing their product strategies and user experiences.
