I am a Design Director at Microsoft leading design teams who work with business and engineering leaders to understand the challenges of our users at every touch point in the journey, envision North Star experiences and bring ideas to life for increased engagement.
My areas of expertise range from shipping experiences in productivity, customer experience, finance, and AI spaces, envisioning new opportunities by bringing emergent or mature technology, user needs and strategy together, and growing teams into high performing teams.
Before joining Microsoft, I designed physical and digital experiences across companies like Motorola, JPMC and Steelcase. I love building and leading teams to solve challenging system level problems.
