Serving as a hub for insurers, repair shops, and other professionals in North America and Europe, it streamlines communication, shortens claim cycles, and enhances customer experiences, helping drivers get back on the road faster.

As the UX Manager, I lead user-centered design and champion design thinking to deliver cohesive, innovative product experiences. My role involves driving user-centered design, aligning it with product goals, and fostering collaboration across discovery and development phases. I guide UX Designers in creating a global UX vision, oversee user research and usability, and ensure alignment with user needs. Additionally, I advocate design strategies with customers while supporting internal teams.

This position allows me to shape global design strategies, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions.

As Design Lead for the Service Solutions line of business, I spearheaded multiple projects, earning a $50K Critical Technical Talent award for driving Design Thinking across the organization. Over 2.5 years, I led the design and launch of six key customer- and dealer-facing applications, achieving record launch times and advancing mobile experiences through AI-driven approaches. I facilitated 20+ Design Sprints and conducted comprehensive user research, ensuring our solutions were rooted in empathy and user-centered insights. Additionally, I led a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative, OneTeam culture and providing mentorship to promote growth and innovation.

I manage the UX for a comprehensive suite of physical and digital credentialing services, leading global UX projects and expanding our team across continents. My role includes establishing UX-friendly processes and advocating for user-centered design with stakeholders and tech partners. I conduct user research, facilitate Design Sprints, and create wireframes, mockups, and design specs for portal, mobile, and kiosk applications. I work closely with engineers on UI implementation in daily scrums, contributing to a UI standards library and adhering to SAFe Agile practices.

I lead UX for both internal and customer-facing responsive applications at State Farm, employing user-centered design to simplify complex workflows. My role spans UX discovery, research, design, testing, and ongoing business reviews to refine and iterate solutions. I create and present digital artifacts, maintain a UI pattern library, and drive digital standards. In a fast-paced Agile environment, I collaborate closely with user researchers to develop and market-test innovative features for our applications.
