Standard Chartered Bank is on a mission to reduce privacy risks as part of its data transformation journey. The Data & Privacy Transformation Programme is the change management programme launched to harness the power of data in a safe and secure environment.
• Oversaw and managed the execution of the global change communications strategy for the programme as well as the roll out of 13 data & privacy products (policies, products and services that lowered privacy risks across the Bank); consulted the Product owners and Scrum masters on communications strategy, provided branding, consultations, project management and linked them to training/learning strategy as well
• To increase data & privacy awareness across the organisation, launched the annual data & privacy conference and in the inaugural year we had 1000 participants across 4 panel sessions including speakers from FinTech and crypto startups, and leaders from different Business & Functions. In the 2nd year, we ramped up participation to a global campaign championed by the C-suite and contributions from 40 global leaders, 1 panel session moderated by the newly appointed Chief Data Officer as well. During covid, our programme had a higher turnout and retention online as I adopted different formats to the events
• Brought together relevant stakeholders for workshops as well as roadshows (both that I designed and executed) to get alignment and to manage expectations as we rolled out various products; supported stakeholders with project management, templates etc
• Adopting new ways of working; working in agile and using JIRA as well as following rituals and hosting the programme retrospective calls
• Building relationships across the Bank to integrate our programme with their deliverables and inviting for collaborations when possible
• Tracking marketing campaigns via dashboards & budgets for quarterly scrum/backlog planning; mentored interns who were part of our squad

As the community & data manager at DBS Asia X, the innovation space of DBS, I am working on projects that enables me to use data: operational, marketing, behavioral, to design better experiences (experiential and programs) for residents and visitors of the space. I believe that social media is the way forward for brands in reaching out to their targeted audience where things are evolving rapidly in this digital era. I work with companies and startups to strategize their business objectives, align their marketing strategies towards these goals and ensure the communication materials and tone of voice are aligned to the brand. 

As a social media manager, I craft content strategies, both creation and distribution, for social media channels that can meet the KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. I define and control social media KPIs, conversions and ROI objectives that are always in coordination with the sales and marketing department of the company. 

As a community manager, I work to represent the spirit of the brand and be their advocate both online and offline. I listen to users and respond to their comments and enquiries in a timely manner so that they feel valued. I plan and conduct events that add value to the community of the brand. 

I am constantly monitoring trends on social media to stay updated across different platforms since the algorithms are constantly being updated, and there are always new ways to engage and delight your community. I provide pro bono services for companies that need help.

e27 is Asia's largest Tech media platform and it covers the latest news on emerging and disruptive businesses across the region. e27 also organizes Echelon conferences across the region that attracts over 3,000 startup ecosystem stakeholders at its main event held in Singapore. I initiated my position change from Senior Marketing Executive to Community manager so that I could spend more time with the community, understand their needs, and tailor programs (Echelon Top 100 Program) for them accordingly.

Social Media Initiatives: 
- Drove the growth of social media channels and handled the day to day execution of distributing content via Buffer, and monitoring audiences online across 14 countries  
- Developed and monitored benchmarks for measuring impact of social media programs using social media analytics, KPIs, and dashboards
- Conducted social media workshops for editorial team so that they could understand how to harness the power of it to drive virality of the content they create 

Blog Initiatives:
- Analyzed data on our readers, and developed a new content strategy that was implemented with buy-in from Chief editor and upper management, and this increased our weekly readership by twice the amount

Newsletter Initiatives:
- Carried out tests to improve the open rate of the newsletter 
- Initiated the format & design change to newsletter to make it more mobile friendly 

Event Management & Marketing:
- Marketed Echelon conferences to 14 countries around the APAC region, and drove the Facebook and twitter ad campaigns 
- Was the go-to person for over 100 startups per Echelon, and handled their onboarding process & provided them with a smooth Echelon experience 
- Created the Top100 program after meeting startups on the ground, and understanding the problems that they faced

This magazine aims to add a human element to technology and discuss how this changes our interactions with one another.

- Among the first batch of writers for VulcanPost and wrote app and startup reviews, and technology opine pieces

Comaea's cloud-based solutions for Human Capital Management helps assess, analyze and develop the competences organisations needs to succeed in today's competitive environment. As account manager, I was very excited to work with a product that would have direct impact on the bottomline of our clients.  

Account Management initiatives:
- Cold calling more than 100 companies per week to build relationships with prospective clients and companies whom I was able to secure for closing meetings included Qatar Airways, Zuellig Pharma Specialty Solutions Group, Finexis and St Kinetics.
- Established relationship with 30% of C-level participants at the High Tea Seminar organized for prospective clients. Examples of companies that I had meetings with include Butterfactory, Mitsui & Co, Comfort Cabs, ISK.
- Became an expert on Comaea solutions and provided online video tutorial sessions for potential clients based in India to help them with their onboarding process.
- Listened to clients and understanding the underlying problems at their workplaces to help customize Comaea tools to mitigate and improve their situation.
- Maintained high activity rates with prospective clients, and kept an open line of communication with them.
- Independently and successfully managed a high volume of task execution, financial management.
- Managed communications and sales cycle by using Salesforce tool 

Email Marketing Initiatives:
- Created the content to be shared on our newsletter that aimed to empower the readers with knowledge on strategic HR 

Event Management and Marketing Initiatives:
- Spearheaded the organisation of High Tea Seminar sessions for C-level executives so that they could learn how having a strategic HR process and tool in place could help them in their bottomline 
- Marketed the event by cold calling and email marketing prospective attendees  
- Assisting to organize a seminar in Stockholm, Sweden with HR guru Dave Ulrich as a speaker

Tangible was my first introduction to the principles of branding and it was here that I learned how important it was for any company to leverage on their branding strategy to fulfill their business objectives. 

- Research consumer trends, insights and addressable market behaviors, trends and technologies to ensure that products meets customer needs

- Copywriting corporate communications toolkit for clients employees 
- Creating slide decks to be used by senior partners in their presentation with clients 
- Collaborating with partners to revise 16 brand archetypes and personality scale, with supporting case studies of established organizations

Adrenalin was among the pioneers of Social Enterprises in Singapore. I interned during my vacation to help kickstart the company in its initial startup phase. It was an interesting perspective to understand how to create a sustainable business that held giving back to the community at its heart.
