I'm the UX writer owning microcopy for the majority of the core product plus our newest modules. This ranges from scalable data structures, workflow automation, reports and dashboards to the setup and execution of collaborative, multi-stakeholder organizational planning and complex business processes.
⭐️ Delivered complex workflows at a high pace to meet customer commitment to the newest module, Workforce planning, while including research and best practices. Zero user-reported errors in the first months of launching, plus an ARR I’m super proud of.
⭐️ Also delivered copy for Bob’s then-new sandbox environment tool, iterating using beta customers’ feedback. From a customer: “I have to say for all the SaaS applications I used, Bob sandbox is the best!” 
⭐️ Asked to support the onboarding of our newest hire

I was invited to work with the Chief People Officer, EMEA People & Culture Director, and Head of Content to identify and distill our company values over 7 months. I then hosted the global all-hands meeting in a hybrid in-person/virtual format in which we shared the values with the company (400+ people in attendance). Multiple colleagues told me I should be a TV host.

Points of impact I’m proud of:
⭐️  121 people from 5 different sites and 10+ teams and departments (21.6% of the company) participated in the value mapping process, from initial keyword gathering to feedback throughout the process.
⭐️ Led a series of engaging virtual workshops for keyword mapping, feedback sorting, and final iterations of the values. 
⭐️ Finished the all-hands meeting early while covering all content and navigating tech issues due to my planning skills. This never happens so I consider it an achievement.

Currently supporting as an advisor as needed, e.g, integration of the values in programs and initiatives. The values already appear on our career page and have impacted our employee value proposition and branding, as well as our performance reviews.

Bob is the people-driven HCM supporting progressive, modern, global organizations with their people processes through a highly configurable, intuitive system that appeals to all stakeholders.

Points of impact I'm proud of:
⭐️  Hired as the first Product Education Manager. More than doubled (2X) previous year's amount of help articles in half a year. In this role, I produced product ed materials in written and video form for customers and internal stakeholders on the core system and five (5) additional modules with 12+ product managers at a high feature release cadence.
⭐️  Crafted monthly to annual feature release newsletters in collaboration with the content and creative teams which received praise from colleagues and customers alike. Increased the open rate by 154% (51%) and doubled the CTR (4-5%) in a year. The brand language is maintained to this day.
⭐️  Served as the ad-hoc UX writer to increase clarity and engagement. Spearheaded a 2.5-month content audit and design system initiative in partnership with the UX Writing Hub to continually elevate user experience and engagement, which also led to the hiring of the first content design hire
⭐️  Co-created a prioritization framework with the Head of CX to increase transparency and efficiency in which the materials most valuable to clients are prioritized for feature release. The framework was celebrated by all employees including senior leadership and is still used after the team scaled to 5 members.
⭐️  Collaborated with CS on the migration to a new help center platform, as well as with the product design team and external parties to design and implement a new, branded design using UX writing best practices.
⭐️ Created in-app sample content and walkthroughs to boost users’ feature adoption and enable GTM teams (sales and CS) to tell a holistic product story.
⭐️ Asked to be the buddy for 4 new hires.

UXWH is an online education platform whose operations are twofold, spanning several products from short- to long-term training to:

⭐️  Revitalizing materials for the customer (student) onboarding process and professional development program, as well as other products, across multiple internal and external communication channels

I was part of the launch project in which we launched Jolt's new UK campuses and main program, the Not An MBA (NAMBA). There, I reached out to inbound leads via HubSpot and advised how Jolt can support their career path. I also provided ideas to optimize the marketing funnel and the sales methodology using my knowledge and experience in Canada to relate to the English market and culture.

TAU is Israel's largest and most comprehensive higher education institution. Consistently the country's #1 choice, TAU is a Reuters' Top 100 Innovation University and an interdisciplinary home of 9 faculties and thousands of international students in 60+ programs taught entirely in English. As a learning and SaaS nerd, the scope of my job splits between international recruitment advising and leading the digital transformation of the office operations to optimize processes across recruitment, marketing, and team collaboration tools.

Points of impact I'm proud of:
⭐Main POC for a cross-organizational Salesforce implementation project for over 30 local and international users. Created a self-serve knowledge base hub of webinars, video, and instructional guides as well as initiated an internal support ticket system to improve the user experience
⭐Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders using a detailed project plan and user feedback for ongoing CRM optimization, also consistently relaying feature and bug updates 
⭐Boosting office efficacy by onboarding 25+ users on monday.com for effective project and process automation, serving as an ad-hoc customer success manager
⭐Advising on Salesforce integrations to boost marketing funnel automation effectiveness with tools such as ActiveTrail, Calendly, and Zoom
⭐Exceeded project KPIs, attaining the top unique visitor count among 50+ vendors in a virtual 48-hour campaign
⭐Leading the most attended Tel Aviv Bar Talk, collaborating with the Tel Aviv Municipality, as well as virtual panels during the coronavirus period with high audience retention

Merkspace offers co-working solutions from open spaces to enterprise suits in Israel and Europe. I originally came here as an intern but was offered a management role at the get-go due to my experience. In 5 months, I hired, mentored, and supervised 2-4 interns at a time on projects spanning finance, branding, and marketing. With my team, alongside the CEO and community managers, I:
⭐Spearheaded the improvement of operations and sales by implementing staff and client surveys, and compiling useful insights for cost reduction across sales and retention efforts.
⭐Increased member activity and sense of community by igniting international and local partnerships.
⭐Composed proposals and branding guidelines with multiple stakeholders to propel business goals.

With business schools measured by their alumni's success, UBC Sauder places #1 in Canada for Business & Economics among other hard-hitting rankings. Working closely with students (i.e. customers), I knew that fostering their satisfaction and retention was crucial to making impactful and engaged alumni for the growing 500+ diverse student population that I supported from pre- to off-boarding.

Points of impact I'm proud of:
⭐Optimized an immersive 180 students’ pre-boarding and onboarding online via Canvas LMS and in-person to be more engaging and informative. Goals were met immediately, thus providing a strong foundation for greater success and engagement throughout the program.
⭐Redesigned the entire website flow (built on WordPress) and content strategy for maximal user experience, liaising with the learning technology team and keeping to brand guidelines.
⭐Within 1 minute, created the main script used for the graduate school's onboarding video (you can also see me in the video spotlight on Sauder's main website). Also created content (infographics, success stories, etc.) that aligned with the brand's voice and tone, an was consistently highlighted to the rest of the team due to my innovative, engaging copy.
⭐Wrote and edited detailed knowledgebase articles for various tasks, as well as trained and managed 3 student assistants, assigning them tasks to support their career trajectory and our office's efficacy.
⭐Secured high-profile, internationally-renowned speakers as keynotes and worked with them on their content to inspire students in orientation events, reducing costs while upholding high quality.

What a dream come true to work at Disney! Here I resolved concerns and inquiries from users around the globe regarding a variety of products and was consistently praised for outstanding guest support. Working here gave me a great understanding of what the internal operations look like at a world-renowned corporation that, despite size, is still dedicated to bringing magic into every interaction.

I was given full reins to research the national best practices of volunteer management in diverse communities. From my research, I developed interactive training materials for volunteers, volunteer managers, and facilitators. I truly enjoyed being able to put my creative and educator hat on for this role, going from thinking about the macro-level impact into the micro-level details that would lead to it.

The collegia are commuter student lounge spaces across campus (see video) designed to lower this population's dropout and increase engagement. I loved making this place home for so many students. Here I:
⭐Led programs consistently highlighted as original and collaborative that had 150% more than the usual event turnout and increased cross-campus partnerships
⭐Facilitated a strong sense of belonging across student members, resulting in visitor retention

Let's be real - no one enjoys buying expensive textbooks during the peak semester season (those endless lines...), so I wanted to make that this part of my customers' day more than a transaction with a joke or a tip on university life. I am delighted to see that even my smallest interactions make an impact; the same people I served not only remembered me but became more involved on campus, indicating greater engagement.
