Personal AI empowers companies to create high-performing virtual employees -- called "Personas". Each Persona serves a specific function, possesses deep proprietary knowledge in that area, and fulfills an important role in the company. 
Personas are designed for human-AI collaboration, similar to how we work with human colleagues, conduct research and perform tasks independently, and integrating with other systems to achieve their goals. Personas can be trained, deployed, and managed securely within the Personal AI platform

1. Compared to the market offerings that only allow interaction with a single AI, I planned and designed a multi-AI conversation feature, creating a brand-new AI interaction experience, especially suited for consultant scenarios.
2. Optimized the AI data integration experience for the web app. After the launch of the new version, usage increased by 70% within one week compared to the previous version.
3. Planned test cases and execution methods for both the web app and mobile app to ensure product reliability.
4. Managed development tasks and prioritized the development schedule.

1. Led 5 developers and 1 designer to build the iOS/Android App (React Native) from 0 to 1 in 6 months.
2. Responsible for the whole product design, both on the App and CMS.
3. Iterated the minor version every 2 weeks based on user feeds and stakeholders.
4. Reached a ranking of #45 in the App Store charts for HK,#50 in TW.

1. Spearheaded a team of 4 engineers and 1 designer to develop the iOS App from inception to launch.
2. Crafted the information architecture of the app and oversaw digital product design.
3. Established a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all aspects of the product.
4. Prioritized user feedback to continually enhance the app's functionality, exemplified by the reservation system.
5. Strategized and executed the development of the company website to onboard spot owners into the Xtraspots community.
6. Produced marketing collateral such as CIS, videos, flyers, and decks.
7. Formulated and executed technical strategies, including migrating the database from local to AWS.
8. Undertook self-directed learning of SwiftUI to enhance the Xtraspots App's frontend.
9. Implemented management tools and systems such as Trello, Gitbook, and Github to streamline team operations.

1.  Responsible for the UC8000 product design, and won the 2021 Good design.
2. Defined the Podcast Station by UCD process, improved hardware user experience, conducted and designed UI/UX for Podcast Station’s application.
3. Spearheaded the initial UX design for the Voice AI project - Echo Valley, outlining the product strategy and crafting the landing page design.

1. Led brainstorming sessions for 5G, IoT, AI, and wearable innovation proposals, creating sensorial prototypes showcased to Google, Fossil, and Amazon.
2. Negotiated with external clients, devised frameworks for team excellence, and excelled in UI/UX design for web, Android, and wearable applications.
3. Collaborated with PMs, developers, and researchers to identify and resolve issues while providing innovative solutions.

1.  Made world-first bottle jacket from concept to market and sold 1500+ pieces until Jun. 2018.
2. Planned and designed the UI/UX for the Whalame iOS and Android App.

4. Led the SW development team(13 peoples) across Taiwan and China.
