About Shivani Shah

Senior UX Designer at Concentrix

Hi, I'm Shivani, a Senior UX Designer based in NYC with a background in engineering. I have a genuine passion for critical thinking and collaboration and have spent quite a few years honing my skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. As an engineer turned designer, I bring a unique perspective to my work, combining my technical expertise with my creativity to produce exceptional outcomes.

I have been working as a consultant for over four years now, which has provided me with a diverse perspective and extensive experience in various fields, including enterprise solutions, retail and e-commerce, and even transportation. Among these areas, I have developed a particular interest in exploring the role of UX design in fostering customer loyalty.

When I'm not working, I like to go for a run or experiment with new recipes from different cultures. I'm excited to learn and grow as a part of this community!
