• Preparing the strategy for improving the user experience in interaction with the relevant product manager and interacting with the design team to plan and divide assigned tasks.

• Management of 3 members of the design team based on the schedule of tasks agreed with the planning team and providing the expected outputs of the stakeholders within the time frame and scope specified for the projects.
• Interaction with 2 product managers, 2 user interface designers, 1 user researcher and 10 technical team members to clarify requirements.
• Designing and launching the animation analysis service " Chikhoobeh " and attracting 200 thousand users for the site in interaction with the marketing team and increasing the average duration of the user's presence on the site from 30 seconds to 1:30 minutes.

• Conducting user research meetings for the mobile first youth SIM card product, to collect information, discover needs and examine user behavior in such a way that the results obtained in interaction with the product managers and their opinions ended up prioritizing the product's features.
• Designing and preparing a search engine for SIM cards for teenagers based on their needs and faster access to the required content and increasing users from 1 million users to 1.5 million users.
• Interaction with the product manager of the First Mobile Teen SIM card to prepare the way to improve the user experience and user research and design the required features.

• Holding user research meetings with pre-designed open questions with the help of the product manager and asking corporate customers to discover their needs and problems in face-to-face meetings.
