About Shradha Mohanan
Principal Product Manager at Property Finder
Hello 👋 I’m Shradha, a Principal Product Manager at Property Finder, one of MENA’s leading proptech platforms, with over 10 years of experience in product management. I worked on product-led growth, client acquisition & retention, monetization strategy, and AI initiative; giving me a unique end-to-end view of how products grow, make money, and evolve with emerging technology. Throughout my career I’ve worked across high-growth marketplaces in India, the US, and the UAE; building products for millions of users, leading cross-functional teams, and scaling revenue through structured product thinking. I can help you with breaking into or growing in product management, thinking through PLS and monetization strategy, navigating your PM career from senior to principal level and director roles, understanding how AI is being applied inside real products, and building your personal brand as a PM. If you’re a PM looking to level up, transition into the field, or think through a real product challenge - I’d love to connect.
