About Shreya Agrawal

Senior UX/UI Designer at Salesforce

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from diverse teams, challenging problems, and user contexts—from designing for the next billion users at Meesho to building enterprise-scale solutions at Salesforce. Along this journey, I've realized how valuable mentorship can be—not just for growth, but for clarity, confidence, and direction.

As an architect-turned-designer, my path into UX wasn’t linear, and I know how daunting the design field can seem from the outside. That’s why I want to mentor: to help others navigate uncertainty, build strong design foundations, and grow into confident problem solvers. I bring a user-first, research-driven mindset and love discussing design methods, career paths, and product thinking.

I believe in listening, asking the right questions, and tailoring guidance to where each person is in their journey. Mentoring is not just about sharing what I’ve learned—it's about creating space for reflection, growth, and community. Joining ADPList is my way of giving back to a craft and community that has given me so much.
